In a home capturing the details of 1920's refinement, our group held a small fundraiser here in 2023, and it could not have been more successful or fully enjoyed. With a wonderful first floor open layout, we appreciated the unique paneling, the beautiful dining area and bay window, and the large, renovated caterer's dream kitchen. Our Cleveland weather cooperated and we were able to open the French doors from the sunroom and spill outside to the patio where our music combo was postioned and tables were set for dining and conversation. We could not have found a more perfect venue for an evening of elegance, lending itself to delicious dining and thoughtful discussions.

This classic, huge, charming, early-1900s house was the perfect peaceful place for my family to stay for my father’s memorial, and to host a reception afterwards. It had plenty of bedrooms and baths, plus an amazing amount of space for people to gather. Parking was ample as well. For a price not much different than a bunch of sterile hotel rooms, we had a real home appropriate for our father born in 1928, for both rest and entertainment. We felt lucky to have found this house!

The mansion comfortably sleeps up to 20 people. For special events, the mansion’s maximum occupancy is 50 people.

Rates start at $2,500 per night. Seasonal and holiday rates apply. Call (216) 371-8160 for minimum stay and for more information on our cancellation policy. Cleaning fee is based on number of rooms used. Security deposit applies. Please note: We do not rent out individual rooms.

Yes! We are happy to host your next private or one-day event. We offer private and one-day events on weekdays only (Monday through Thursday). Rates start at $400/hour, minimum 5 hours, maximum 10 hours. Cleaning fee is based on mansion usage. Please contact us for pricing information if you are looking to host your event on a weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). 

Absolutely! The Fairmount Mansion provides ample indoor and outdoor spaces for children to play and for families to come together in a safe and inviting environment.

We are a short drive to Cleveland Clinic and to many popular destinations, including Severance Hall (home of the world-renowned Cleveland Orchestra), the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, museums and cultural attractions, and major league sports arenas.

Our many amenities include an elevator, a professional Chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, outdoor ponds, and a sports lounge complete with pool, poker, and ping pong tables. Ample parking is available.

We offer guests a host of customized options during their stay, including grocery delivery, hospital amenities, in-house massage, professional chef and catering services, and weekly or monthly housekeeping.
